BULK COLLECT - LIMIT 100000

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what will be the optimal number i can give for LIMIT in a bulk collect statement.
Currently, I given it as 100,000. Is it possible to increase it by 1,000,000 (i million).
Why I am asking this because, the table contains 32 million records and i need to do the processing fast.
Memory I have is 64GB.
