Bulk Bind: Truncated Bind

One of our interfaces runs daily and process many records bur for last few days it is thorwing below error-

"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: Bulk Bind: Truncated Bind".

We are not getting the root casue of this error.
