Built-in timestamp validation

Hi,

I have a date item with format mask 'DS TSXFF AM TZR'. When I try to submit the page with '13.09.10 00:42:18,332466 +04:00' value I get two errors:
* Last Modified does not match format DS TSXFF AM TZR.
* Last Modified must be a valid timestamp.

What's wrong with this format mask?
What code is performed behind this validation?

I also tried direct format: 'DD.MM.RR HH24:MI:SS TZR'. The same two errors occur.

In both cases item value is displayed correctly in the field
