Sorry for the basic question but I've not been able to find an answer in the Oracle docs. I'm new to the Oracle ecosystem.
Our customers have been asking us to build an integration with Oracle HCM. I presume we need to register a developer account and then create/register an application in order to begin. However, I cannot ascertain what the first steps are. If anyone could point me in the right direction it'd be much appreciated.
