Building a dynamic generator (XSD to XML)

Hi,

jdeveloper is able to do that. (look at 1441168

I need this:

somebody builds a XSD
from this XSD the generator has to build a valid XML document.

In http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/notes/technote_jaxb.html is described, how to build a XML for one XSD.
Any hints to do this a little more generic?
How is this functionality implemented in jdev?
