I have a few pages where the "Built with Love" message is not showing up in the proper locations at the bottom of the page. It is working properly in Oracle 18, but it is moved up to the top of the page in 24. Examples of both:

This movement of the Built with Love message causes the regular twelve column span to be compacted to the area under the “Criteria” section in the Apex 24 example.
It seems that on each page where this occurs containg a Links area on the right with a table of links that is created on the page loading based on selected values - in this case, the “Field Select” option in the left side. I am wondering if anyone has encountered this and has found a solution to put this message where it belongs.
