Build ear file using command prompt

Hi,

Can anyone please help me in building an ear file using command prompt?
I need to build ear for a WebCenter Portal Application.

If the option is - jar -cvf <ear filename> [folder1/ folder2/ .....]
then please tell me what are the folders/file that needs to be included in an ear. And also, the folders/file that needs to be included while creating the war file for this ear.
