Application Express 4.2.0.00.27

I've created tabular form managed by rowid . It' works, but when I changed Application Primary Language to Serbian (sr) , error appears.


failed to parse SQL query:
ORA-01741: illegal zero-length identifier

When form is managed by primary key - no problems

In same tabular form, when I set default value of field DNAME, Default type (application or page item name),
In field "Default" I set default_name
This is application_item. When run form I get meessage :

failed to parse SQL query:
ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected

Same behavior is when for default value instead application item, used page item
