There is no problematic frame that I could find to report the problem to! So the real problem is finding where to report the bug and any CS is paid. This is a program Oracle puts out and also asks for the program to be reported when it is in trouble and then it can't be reported unless you pay them money? So is this problem going to make my computer keep crashing or not? Who gets the report and where is the address? Where is the support?
