So, I've made an APP and it generated a Cards Menu on the first page which users loved it.
However, as the application increased in size we decided to group certain links under a parent menu that has no target.
The issue here is that now the children don't show and the parent is points to ORDS for some reason?
I know I can just create a separate menu and it will be sorted… but this feels like it should be addressed by on of the below:
- Hide items with no link
- Show children instead of parent
- Adding a flag so I can chose what shows and what doesn't
- Defaulting items with no link anywhere but ORDS Landing page… the home url from UI config maybe?
- Completely remove Cards from the List template.
Please guys, “change the List” is a solution to the issue but not the behavior Oracle APEX should have.
If it doesn't work it should be fixed or removed
