Hello all!
I have the following problem which exists since the upgrade from APEX 24.2 to APEX 24.2. It was no problem in APEX 24.1 and in previous versions.
I have an APEX application, that have only one theme with ID 101 subscribed to the universal theme. In my theme I have many custom templates.
After upgrade to APEX 24.2 I get in the application builder following message - is OK and was expected:
Now I open my Universal Theme - 101 and click the button “Refresh Theme”:
The result: my theme will successfully upgraded to the version 24.2:
But now my application does not have any current theme and I have no chance to make my Universal Theme 101 to current theme!
Because there is no current theme, the application can no longer be executed:

This bug was reproducible in all 24.2 patches and is still not fixed with newest APEX Patch 24.2.4.
Is it a bug or a feature?
