Bug in 20.2 Numerical values with format mask (999D00) and primary language not English

After the update to 20.2, the numerical values in my interactive grids are no longer displayed correctly.
Whenever a format mask such as 999G999D00 is used, the column values are displayed as "NaN, 0".
The primary language of the application is German.
This actually makes the update unusable.
