Bug: Debugger Not Closing After Execution

Extension Version: 25.3.1

When debugging any procedure and the procedure completes, you can see the results in script output. However the debugger does not disconnect and you have to click stop in the top. Prior to 25.3.1, when the procedure completes the debugger disconects on its own
