Bug Current tabular form data is too old in 4.2.5

hi,

i have found a bug in 4.2.5 .

i have reproduced on apex.oracle.com

workspace : SRH

user :test

pwd: test

i install the Sample Application :

Sample Forms and Grid Layout (formerly Sample Tabular Form)

in the Globalization panel ,i change the Application Language Derived From to Browser (use browser language preference)

on my browser i change the langage to french

i add a row on the second tab (tabular form)

enter DUPONT as name and when i apply changes , i have the error validations(ok) but i have the "Current tabular form data is too old" in french

if i set my bowser language to English

i have the correct validation failed screen
