Bug: Copy (Ctrl-C) shortcut key usage causes intermittent hang in 4.0

SQLDeveloper 4.0.0.13.80 64 Bit

Java 1.7.0._45

I am currently editing a large package body (2500 lines) .

When using Ctrl-C to copy in the package editor window , often, the copy operation causes the GUI to hang for 5-10 second (usually when used after a paste operation). Very occasionally the GUI does not recover from the hang.

The problem does not appear to occur when editing small packages, or when using 'right mouse button - copy'.
