[BUG] APEX Export fails with ORA-01427 since APEX 24.2

Hi, we recently upgraded to APEX 24.2 and sqlcl fails when exporting an application.

Now sqlcl fails when running “apex export -applicationid XYZ”

ORA-01427: Unterabfrage für eine Zeile liefert mehr als eine Zeile
