For new or upgraded Enterprise manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control on Windows 2012R2, the OMS server periodically shows a pop up window stating the Apache HTTP Server has stopped working and asks to close the program. When the alert window appears, EM 13.2 Cloud Control fails to display (site is not available )However, after clicking "Close the program" on the above mentioned window, EM 13.2 Cloud Control will be accessible again. Solution
It has been observed that this issue is resolved by applying the January 2017 (or later) EM 13.2 System Patch (OMS-Side 13.2.1.0.170531, Patch 25985411) to the EM 13.2 OMS Oracle Home
