Buffer I/O error on device xxxx, logical block xx

Hello guys

After i have installed my new VM Server i started moving VMs from the smaller servers to the new one. Unfortunatelly only the first VM is working right now, a Windows 2008 R2 x64 vm.
Im getting the same error message with all my linux paravirtualied guests during their boot process:

Buffer I/O error on device xxxx, logical block xx

This message appears several times and the VMs don't start. Here is a screenshot of the console: [http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/4540/erropvm.jpg]

I have tried to deploy a new vm from the template but without luck too.

Any ideas?
