Browser Scroll shifting to left hand side after locale changed to Arabic

Hi All,

I am developing a Webcenter portal application which will be used in English as well as Arabic languages.

Everything is working fine except the fact that when I am changing the locale from English to Arabic the scroll bar of the browser also shifting from right side in english to left hand side in Arabic, which I think is not a desired functionality.

I have checked many Arabic websites but after changing the language there, only text are shifting Right-to-Left not the scroll Bar of the browser.

How to prevent this in ADF/Webcenter.
