Broken Oracle Database Service (Windows 10)

I have a 12c installation on my Windows 10 machine.

I've been having some hardware issues which might have affected my installation.

For some reason, the Listener service is still there but the database service has disappeared (Cf Windows Services).

Looking in the registry the entries for the database service appear to be still there (see attached).

Is there anyway I can recreate the service?
