Breadcrumbs - a page called from multiple pages

Hello,

I am in need of creating the following breadcrumbs. I have page A, B and C. Both page A and C call page B. SO...
on page B I want the breadcrumb to reflect how the user got to page C (i.e. user went to pg A then C - so breadcrumb on pg C is "A > C" or user went to pg B then C - so breadcrumb on pg C is "B > C".

I am at a loss on how to accomplish this, since you can only define one menu option per page.
