Breadcrumb appears twice on main page

Hello

This is probably a stupid question, but when following the instructions for creating breadcrumbs in the Issue Tracking application I have 2 home icons appear on page 1.

Example:
>>Home
>>Home

When I move the breadcrumb position on page 1 to another location I am still left with the 1st instance of >>Home in the same position, which is located above "Page Template Region Position 1."

I am sure there is a simple answer to this problem; any help would be appreciated.
