Branch to modal page based on dynamic action on an LOV

Hi All,

I am using APEX v18.1

I have a scenario where I want to create a branch to a page based on the value within an LOV on an interactive value being 1 or **Not Listed**. If the user wants to select a value that is not currently in the LOV, I have created a modal page that will let create a new value. After they have submitted the value, I want to the modal page to close and the value be present in the LOV.

I have created a dynamic action on the item LOV (looking for the value to be '**Not Listed**) but there is no option to branch or open a modal page. Can somebody please advise how to achieve this please?
