BPM/Eclipse web tools installation

Hello,
I try to install plug-ins for Eclipse but keep getting the following errors. I get the same error about Mylyn 3.0.0 org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.core when I try to install Mylyn (tried different versions)...
What am I missing and what should I do?
