BPM common Issues - I need a help

Amr SalahMay 18 2015 — edited May 22 2015

Dears,

While i was developing a BPM application for a customer i faced the following issues, I need your advice please as soon as possible.

1. In Oracle BPM, When I generate Task form for a human task, task history got generated. But it shows only the initiator and Current step, but steps between them doesn't appear in task history

2. In task history also the user name displayed. I need to show user full name instead of username. I can't update username itself in process becauseĀ  i am using it in different things so how can i edit the history display to change username to full name.

3. Each user has a manager in LDAP. This user can monitor his team members tasks in my staff tasks, but he will not be able to monitor sub team tasks. I need to give a manager permission to monitor all team member tasks and sub team tasks. Does implementing oraganization rule by adding a unit ha member and managers will allow manager to do that ?

4. I need to approve or reject multiple actions simultaneously in worklist. Is there any way to develop it without developing custom one ?

5. I need to customize table view in bpm worklist. I think custom class will do that, but can i force user not to edit it?

6. BPM worklist produce the same behavior frequently. when i am trying to login with user, success passes. after logout i need to clear browser history and cache to be able to login again .

thanks in advance,
