BPEL vs BPM

Hi every body

I am confused about the difference between BPEL and BPM. I started learing BPEL, and I have knew that it a flow language, that is used to orchestrate web services communication.

My question is: what is difference between BPEL and BPM, BPMN, what all these technologies for? I have searched the net about a differences, some told that BPEL 11g, replaced BPM, some says that BPM is a modeling languages !!!!. Confusing.

Can anyone please illustrated the differences between them??
