BPEL SOA Service - Process instance is under Rollback(invoke)

Hi,

I created a service which call a package and that calls an another package (these packages do some validations, inserts rows into tables, updated the tables).

Deployed with out any issue, When run the service , BPEL Process instance is missing, but package is running and creating the payment as expected. Instacne is under Admin->Rollback(Invoke).

Please advice why the instance for this process is missing. How Can I debug this issue.

Please assist.
