BPEL 12.2.1.3 callback sometimes back gives error as "Unable to find operation:null".

Hi,

We have a scenario of 2 BPEL asynchronous composites.

BPEL 1 calls BPEL 2 and upon receiving the response from BPEL 2 proceed with further processing of the data.

This works most of the time, but often we get an error "Unable to find operation:null" during the callback step and both the BPEL 1 and BPEL 2 instances continue to be in running state and not ending the process.

There are no clear error messages or any issues in server during the time of this error occurrence.

Any ideas/suggestions as to how to handle this or what could cause this intermittent behaviour?
