Both OCR disk dismounted on WINDOWS

Hi,

I have a RAC instance in Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Version. DB version is 10.2.0.1.0.

My both OCR disks are not mounting. Both the drives are showing but no size is displayed. And whenever, I double-click on them, they are asking me to format them.

Please let me know how to restore back them. I don't know how to mount a raw drive in Windows.
