Bookmark error and Saved Selection

Hi All,

Is there any rules for Bookmark validity??
One of our users who had created Bookmarks sometime back is getting an error saying *"Dashboard Bookmark Error The bookmark has expired or is invalid"*.
I want to know if
1> Is there any Bookmark validity days
2> Any rules associated with there validity.

Also does migrating Developmental patches on exisiting application clears out the saved selection for users??We have overwritten the webcat of version for our application with a newer Version.

My hunch is this might be the cause of both, can you please advise.
