BLOB Image width and height issue

Dear Community members;

Hope all will be fine. I have a little bit problem related to BLOB.

I have a Database table where I saved Pictures in BLOB format. I create an interactive report where i show images from database, but there the problem is that my save images consists on different size, sum shows in small size and some shows in large size. I want to show in same size. Is there anyone who can help about this problem.

I am using 11g Express Edition.
