Blob Data, Read/Write from Oracle client Machine is giving error, but working in server, vb .net odb

Dear Friends,

I am using Oracle Database with VB .net Coding with SYSTEM.DATA.ODBC connection

All are working fine, but I created one table with blob datatype.

I can read / Write blob data from Server (or developing machine) side is working fine, Same Application installed in Client Machine having Oracle Client.

It is giving error Like "Procedure call or argument is not valid"

What went wrong, ...
