Blending in secondary hierachy with shared nodes.

When blending a secondary hierachy into a Managed Version that shares nodes with its Primary hierachy it is also loading in the primary hierachy even though the source version does not contain the primary hierachy. I could manually edit the hierachy ok but it would entail removing 3200 nodes individually. Must be a cleaner blend.

Already enabled SharedNodeMaintenance and enabled shared nodes on all affected hierachy properties and restarted services and the application..

Any insight...
