Blank screen in FDMEE

We recently restored all the schemas as we had a system crash situation and we observed that the FDMEE. We restored most of them but observed that FDMEE is not longer available.

It just shows blank white screen forever.

Here are the errors I found:

JBO- 29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root casue of this exception. Root cause code is JBO-29000. Error message parameters are {0=java.sql.SQLDataException, 1=ORA-01882: Timezone region not found}

Tried:

I tried setting time in Weblogic EXTRA_JAVA_PROPERTIES and appended this line Duser.timezone="+2.00" and restarted everything but its of no use.

Did anyone see similar error.

If I need to set the TIMEZONE where do I set it?
