Blank pages in IE but not Netscape from Tomcat

I am seeing a very strange problem using Tomcat. On my own machine
my pages work fine. A friend can see the pages on my server just
fine from his work and his home if he uses Netscape but IE 6.0 shows
just a blank page. If he does view source the HTML is all there and
is OK. If he does back, forward, back, forward enough times it
will eventually display ok. This sounds like some kind of race
condition in IE but I dont have a clue how to fix this. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
