Blank Page is displayed after login to identity system console in OAM.

I have successfully installed identity system on linux. after configuring identity system console and am trying to login to the identity server.
After submitting the user credientials it goes to the next page, but show a blank page. I can see the below url wen i click submit.
http://<>hostname>:<port>/identity/oblix/apps/admin/bin/front_page_admin.cgi?pluginName=front_pageadmin.
in oblog file i can see the below error message.

But wen i use Ldapsearch command to read the users from AD, i can reach the directory server from the same machine. Can't find wat went wrong.
can anyone help me.
