This has happened in both the Journal upload spreadsheet and the Asset Create Mass additions sheet. Only way to get rid of the dialog box is to use the task manager to close excel.
It happens when I click on upload. Usually this box would contain the upload options but those don't load and I'm left with a blank box. I'm using Office 365 and I've attached the diagnostic report.
