Black screen when X server starts after installation on Virtualbox 3.2

Hi,

I'm trying to install OEL R5-U4 on Virtualbox 3.2 on a Kubuntu 10 host.
The machine, the host and the guest system are all 64 bit.
My graphics card is nVidia 06fd (rev a1).

The installation itself works fine (in graphical mode), but after reboot of the guest and entering the credentials in the login screen, I get a black screen only and cannot do anything any more.

I wonder if someone has a similar experience or a hint what to do?
