bla trojan horse attached to Java Web Starter update 1.5

I get this message from a Panda software scan: spyboot detected
c:\Documtents & Settings\Gloria\Applications Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\file\Counter.class-65b432d-32480337.class

Further issues is the complete blockage of any information about flight schedules from horizonair.alaskaair.com. Everything worked before this damn upgrade from 1.4 to 1.5. Now nothing works and I get this "bla trojan warning" from Nortons Anitvirus. I've spent 6 hours with Microsoft and no solution to the problem. They told me to contact Sun.

Any suggestions to this problem?
