BITMAP Index and NOT NULL

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to use BITMAP Index for a NOT NULL condition ?

CREATE BITMAP INDEX x_ix FOR tab(x) ;

SELECT *
FROM tab
WHERE x IS NOT NULL
