BITAND - unknown function

Currently using version TimesTen Release 11.2.2.7.1, patch 18802912

I find that BITAND is not available, gives "Unknown function BITAND" error.

Are there any plans to include functionality for BITAND any time in the future?

is there a reason for exclusion of BITAND in Timesten?

We're moving source code written for oracle (Proc*C/Pro*C++) to Timesten, most of our SQL code is compatible,
but lack of BITAND support gives us a spot of trouble.
