BIPLATFORM Account locked

Hi Gurus,

I am having issues with OBIEE 11g while running suddenly users are not able to login to the application. when i investigated and search the web i found that my BIPLATFORM user account was locked. so i unlocked it and then i have to reboot the machine to have clean start of my environment. It is my dev environment the specifications of my laptop is

RAM: 8GB, harddisk: 250gb, Windows 7 professional, RCU DB is Oracle 11. I want to know what is the root cause and i want to fix it please help me with this. This is repeating every other or 2 days.
