/Binary 404 related to /communication message body

Workflow or API calls:

I noticed that when persona=Provider, you are not always able to retrieve the message body from /communicate query of a list of message from the Group/Pool inbox. The same message token via a persona=system works. The provider can access the message in Powerchart Message Center.
