Bin tables automatically getting created

Hi all,

There are some junk tables in the tablespace. I want to drop these junk tables. But while dropping them, some other tables are getting created having name starting with 'BIN$...'.

ex: BIN$9bwigLHnTs++gk/Md9iM7w==$0

I think they are some kind of audit/backup tables due to some property at tablespace level. Can someone point me some information/commands about how to disable this automatic table creation?
