bin\appletviewer.exe: Old file not found.However, a file of the same name

The error when i try to install the Java SDK and even when Netbeans bundled with the Java only. I almost tried all types of installations of java getting the same problem.

bin\appletviewer.exe: Old file not found.However, a file of the same name was found.No updates done since file contents does not match.

Operating system is Windows XP Professional SP2 and Trend Micro Pc-cillin 2007.

I also installed the latest windows installer even though the problem persists.

So please suggest the solution iam unable to install the java in my system.
