BigDecimal.ROUND_HALF_UP functionality using ORACLE PLSQL function

Hello there,

is there any way i can reproduce the BigDecimal.ROUND_HALF_UP functionality using oracle PL SQL function.

I'm looking for the following rounding result.

Value --> Expected Result

165.725 --> 165.72

165.726 --> 165.73

165.724 --> 165.72

current ROUND(165.725,2) is not giving me expected results for 165.725... I'm expecting 165.72 instead 165.73.
