BIEE Home or Dashboard

Experts, I need help. For an end user, he wants access to only dashboards and NO Answers. So, therefore, we have NOT given them access to Home page (http://slr.com/analytics/saw.dll?BIEEHome) which is the landing dashboard u see when u login to OBIEE and has links for creating new Analysis. So, when they login, they see 'IE cannot display the page'. They have to use saw.dll?Dashboard to see the dashboards.

How do I have the landing page to saw.dll?Dashboard and not saw.dll?BIEEHome
