BI server crash

Hi All,
We have BI EE 10.1.3.4.0 that is crashing whenever someone enters the presentation services in some of the pages. Logs have revealed nothing so far. saw log reports the BI server is down and then promptly crashes itself with no explanation. NQS log reports some stuff on startup but nothing that hasn't been there before when it was behaving normally.
Ideas would be welcome
