BI Publisher Vs BI Answers?

Hi Gurus,

I want to schedule a report and save the report in a local directory in the machine for every one hour. my file name will be like samplename_220420102300.html where the second part refers to the time.

From Venkat's blog i came to know how to do this in the Answers. I browsed and came to know that Burst option in Publisher will be helpful in saving the report to local directory.

Now my question is out of these two options which one will be the best. I dont know anything about Publisher. So I want to know which option to follow? whether Answers or Publisher?
