BI Publisher RTF Template as XSL-FO with APEX Listener PDF Printing

Hello, All,

I have tried to use both the Oracle APEX Listener the Apache FOP printing options in the instance settings to generate a PDF report. The template I am using is an RTF template created with BI Publisher's Microsoft Word plugin, and this does work with the BI Publisher setting. I understand that the APEX Listener and Apache FOP will not work with that RTF, but when I export the template to XSL-FO from the BI Pub Word plugin, it doesn't work for the Listener or FOP engines. Am I doing something wrong here?

The PDF contains just one line, "java.lang.RuntimeException: Unsupported XSL element 'http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform:for-each-group'".

Here are my specs...

Oracle Application Express 4.2 (4.2.3.00.08)

Oracle APEX Listener 2 (2.0.5.287.04.29)

Oracle Database Express Edition 11g (11.2.0.2)

Oracle Linux 6.3 (Santiago)

Oracle GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 4 (build 89), FOP was deployed here

I'm fairly new to XSL, so I could really use some help. What XSL code would you need to see to get an idea of what's going on?
